 Daetwyler Clean Energy's suite of solar mounting products consists of rooftop solar mounts, ground mounts, and parking lot / deck structures. In addition to offering these standard mounting systems, DCE also offers custom fabricated solar mounting systems. All products produced are designed for commercial and utility scale projects.
Daetwyler-Clean Energy rooftop mounting structures are designed to be either secured (fixed) systems which are hardware mounted to a commercial roof or set up as a ballast rooftop system (non-penetrating) secured using concrete blocks. Our solar rooftop mounts provide solutions which can be applied to a variety of rooftop applications.
We can provide a variety of solar mounting systems, for both standing seam roofs and flat roof applications. The standing seam roof mount solution includes DCE's Easy Lock™ solar mounting hardware, making the installation fast, easy and economical.
For flat roof solar mounting installations, DCE recommends its modular tube product system. Each of DCE's solar rooftop solutions is designed specifically for the roof for which it's being installed to optimize roof space and output. Each roof is carefully evaluated to ensure the system maximizes the systems potential performance. The ballast or non-ballast system is identical in design except for one component. The ballast rooftop system is equipped with a tray to accommodate the concrete block whereby the fixed (secured) system is equipped with robust mounting feet for mechanical attachment.
Our ground mount Solar Mount System with its Easy Lock™ mounting design is the quickest and most economical system available. In addition to eliminating field cutting and welding, our mounting systems are also designed to eliminate 30% of the mounting hardware customarily required by other solar mount manufacturers. This significant reduction in nuts, bolts and washers, together with the elimination of field cutting and welding provide for a simple and economical solar mount solution.
DCE's Cap-Rack™ ground mount system is at the forefront of Solar Mounting Technology. Specifically designed to maximize large scale installations > 1 MW, this patented system eliminates 30% of the mounting hardware customarily required by other solar mount manufacturers. This significant reduction in parts makes it the quickest system to install.In addition to our standard rooftop, ground mount, pole mount and parking canopy structures, we have a modular system specifically designed for large scale installations > 1 MW.
DCE's team designs and fabricates each solar mounting system specifically to meet the client's requirements i.e topography, panel specifications and system output most effectively. Installers and developers choose the Easy Lock™ system over others because of it's overall value.
